Dr. Crystal Holly, PhD, CPsych

Dr. Holly a licensed and registered Clinical and Health Psychologist. She received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from McGill University. She completed a post doctoral fellowship in Behavioural Medicine specializing in Health Behaviour Change at McGill University. She completed a second post doctoral fellowship at the University of Ottawa and the Ottawa General Hospital. This focused on smoking cessation, chronic/infectious disease and psychological wellness. 

She is a Clinical Professor at the University of Ottawa and a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She sees adolescent and adult clients in both English and French. In addition to individual therapy, She provides wellness groups and works with professional organizations to promote the wellness of their staff. 

Dr. Arden Corter, PhD, CPsych

Dr. Arden Corter holds a doctorate in Health Psychology from the University of Auckland. She is a professional member of the Ontario Psychological Association and is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario as a Health Psychologist. Arden specializes in supporting clients through health-related challenges such as diagnosis, treatment and ongoing health management, as well as helping individuals to cope with life transitions, stress, habit change, anxiety, depression, and performance related concerns. Arden brings an eclectic approach to her sessions, blending cognitive (CBT) and acceptance-based approaches (ACT), including mindfulness and compassion, as well as motivational interviewing. She is formally trained in EMDR. Her approach is empathetic, non-judgemental, and responsive, and seeks to empower clients to navigate whatever challenges they are facing.
